A Philippine Visa is an endorsement made on a travel document by a consular officer at a Philippine Embassy or Consulate abroad denoting that the visa application has been properly examined and that the bearer is permitted to proceed to the Philippines and request permission from the Philippine Immigration authorities at the ports of entries to enter the country. The visa thus issued is not a guarantee that the holder will be automatically admitted into the country, because the admission of foreign nationals into the Philippines is under the purview and discretion of the immigration authorities at the port of entry.

菲律宾签证是菲律宾驻外使领馆的领事官为旅行文件所作的担保，表明签证申请已经通过适当审查，允许持证人前往菲律宾，并在入境口岸向菲律宾移民当局申请入境许可。因此，签证并不能保证持证人将自动获准进入菲律宾，因为准许外籍人士进入菲律宾是入境口岸移民当局的职能。

The Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou issues several types of Philippine visas. The requirements and fees vary, depending on the visa applied for, and on the nationality of the applicant.

菲律宾驻广州总领事馆签发多种签证。针对不同的签证类别及不同国籍的申请人士，要求及费用相应地有所不同。

       提醒事项

1. Before your visa application, ensure that you have reviewed your documents and are submitting a completely filled out application form and set of requirements.

在申请签证前，请确保您已检查所有文件，提交填写妥当的申请表和完整的申请材料。

1. Payment of visa processing fee does not guarantee the grant of visa.

支付了签证手续费并不保证一定能获得签证。

1. In case your application is denied, we are in no obligation to explain. The Consulate General has set out standards under which a visa application may be approved or denied. While many visa applications are approved, some may be denied due to various reasons, including but not limited to the following:

如果您的申请遭到拒绝，我们没有义务作出解释。我馆已经阐明签证申请的审批标准。虽然有很多签证申请得到批准，但也有一些申请可能因各种原因遭到拒绝，包括但不限于以下原因：

1. The Visa Officer does not have all information and/or documents required to determine if the visa applicant is eligible to receive a visa.

签证官缺少决定申请人是否有资格获得签证所需的所有信息和/或文件。

1. The visa applicant does not qualify for the visa category for which the visa applicant applied for.

申请人不符合其申请的签证类型的要求。

1. The information and/or document provided by the visa applicant falls within one of the inadmissibility or ineligibility grounds.

申请人提供的信息和/或文件表明我馆应不予受理其申请或其不符合申请资格。

1. Avoid engaging the Visa Officer or any staff at the Consulate General in an argument. Be reminded that you are expected to be in your best behavior when approaching or dealing with the Consulate General’s personnel. Rudeness, arrogance or unruly behavior within the Consulate General’s premises and/or on your dealings with our Consulate General’s personnel will not be tolerated. At the first instance of rudeness, arrogance or unruly behavior, you may be blacklisted.

请避免与签证官或我馆的任何工作人员发生争执。请注意，在与我馆工作人员接触或交流时，我们希望您保持礼貌、举止得体。我们绝不容忍您在我馆的办公场所和/或在与我馆工作人员交流时粗鲁、傲慢或不守规矩的行为。一旦做出上述行为，您可能会被列入黑名单。

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST HAVE ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS AND MUST BE ATTACHED TO DULY ACCOMPLISHED APPLICATION FORM (WHETHER ONLINE GENERATED APPLICATION FORM FOR 9A VISA APPLICATION OR PAPER APPLICATION FORM FOR OTHER VISA CATEGORIES) IN THE SAME ORDER AS ENUMERATED BELOW. EACH APPLICATION FORM MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COMPLETE SET OF REQUIREMENTS.

所有文件必须带有英文翻译，并且必须按以下顺序附于填写妥当的申请表格之后（无论是在线生成的9A签证申请表格，还是其他签证类型的纸质申请表格都是如此）。每份申请表必须附有一套完整的签证申请要求材料。

         非移民签证申请和要求：

All 9(A) temporary visitor’s visa applications shall be lodged through the Philippine Online Visa Application System (OVAS) at https://www.visa.gov.ph.

所有9(A)签证申请均应通过菲律宾在线签证申请系统（OVAS）提交，申请网址为https://www.visa.gov.ph。

Those applying for other visa types (e.g., 9E, 9F, 9C, 9G, 47a2) will continue to use the paper application form (F.A. Form No. 2). 

其他类型签证的申请（如，9E, 9F, 9C, 9G, 47a2）将继续使用纸质申请表（F.A. Form No. 2）。
