NOTARIAL SERVICES
The Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou may notarize public documents for use in the Philippines by way of Acknowledgement, Jurat or Certifications. Personal appearance of the applicant is required when applying notarial of the documents such as but not limited to special power of attorney, affidavits and applications for vital events registration.
Only applicants who reside within the consular jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou can apply notarization: Guangdong, Hunan, Hainan and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
