The Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou issues several types of Philippine visas. The requirements and fees vary, depending on the visa applied for, and on the nationality of the applicant.

The Consulate visa schedule is as follows:

Monday to Friday

0900H to 1130H - acceptance of visa applications
1600H to 1700H - release of visaed passports

Visa applications will not be accepted in the afternoon.

I. REQUIREMENTS FOR CHINESE NATIONALS

中国公民签证申请要求

Following are the minimum requirements for the application for a Temporary Visitor's Visa of Chinese individual applicants who are going to the Philippines for pleasure/business:
中国公民赴菲律宾旅游或商务短期签证需要提交的基本文件

 

1. Original and photocopy of passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized period of stay in the Philippines;

有效护照（不包括在菲停留期，有效期不少于六个月）的原件和复印件；
2. Two copies of duly accomplished visa application form (FA Form No. 2) with passport-size photos of the applicant taken within the last six months;
使用英文正确填写两份签证申请表格（FA Form No. 2）并各附上一张6个月内拍摄的近照（大一寸；红、白、蓝底皆可）；
3. Notarized Affidavit of Support and Guarantee executed by the Philippine sponsor/guarantor. The affidavit should include an undertaking that the sponsor/guarantor will be responsible for compliance by its alien guest/s with the Philippine immigration laws and regulations; that the guest/s will leave the Philippines at the end of authorized stay, and that the Philippine sponsor/guarantor will promptly inform the Philippine Consulate in Guangzhou of the departure/flight details of the applicant;
菲律宾担保人提供经过当地律师楼公证过的担保函，担保函须包括：保证申请人遵守菲律宾移民法规，按时离境；担保人须按时通知菲律宾驻广州总领事馆申请人的出入境情况；
4. Photocopy of the passport of sponsor/guarantor;
菲律宾担保人护照复印件；
5. Original Employment Certificate in company's letterhead and chop (with English translation);
用公司信笺纸打印，并加盖公章的在职证明的原件（中英对照）；
6. Business Registration of company in China (with English translation);
在华公司营业执照复印件 （中英对照）；

7. Original and photocopy of proof of financial capacity with English translation (i.e. updated bank statement/ bankbook and international credit card);
经济能力证明（例如：国际信用卡和在递交申请当日或前一日出具的银行存款证明或更新至上述日期余额信息的存折）的原件及复印件 （中英对照）；

8. Hotel Booking;

11. Visa fee of RMB 250 per applicant for regular processing (three (3) working days). An overtime fee of RMB 250 shall be collected for one (1) day express processing and RMB 150 for two (2) days express processing;
普通签证费每人250元人民币（三个工作日出证）；
一个工作日加急办理加收250元人民币，两个工作日加急办理加收150元人民币；
12. Personal appearance and interview and such other requirements that may be prescribed.
申请人亲自到领馆递交申请并面试, 以及提供可能要求的其他文件。

Additional requirements for business visit
商务签证另加以下文件
Valid Business Permit of company in the Philippines issued by the Mayor's Office
菲律宾邀请公司营业许可证（由市长办公室颁发）复印件

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONALS OTHER THAN CHINESE

外籍人士签证申请要求

Following are the minimum requirements for the application for a Temporary Visitor's Visa of FOREIGN NATIONALS (other than Chinese Nationals), who are going to the Philippines for pleasure or business:

外籍人士赴菲律宾短期旅游或商务签证需要提交的基本文件

 

1. Original and photocopy of Passport including his/her valid Chinese visa (with English translation). Passport should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized period of stay in the Philippines

申请人护照原件和复印件，包括其有效中国签证（并翻译成英文）；护照有效期不少于六个月（不包括在菲停留期）；

2. One copy of duly accomplished visa application form with passport-size photo of the applicant taken within the last six months;

填写一份签证申请表并附上6个月内拍摄的近照（大一寸；白底）；

3. Original and photocopy of the Alien Employment Permit (with English translation);

在华就业许可证的原件及复印件（并翻译成英文）；

4. Original and photocopy of proof of financial capacity with English translation (i.e. updated bank statement/bankbook and international credit card);

经济能力证明（例如：国际信用卡和在递交申请当日或前一日出具的银行存款证明或更新至上述日期余额信息的存折）的原件及复印件 （并翻译成英文）；

5. Original Certificate of Employment in company's letterhead and chop (with English translation);

9. Invitation letter from the Philippine sponsor (in company's letterhead if sponsor is a company) stating the length of stay, purpose of the trip, and place to be visited by its alien guest/s;

菲律宾担保人出具的邀请函（如担保方为公司，请使用公司信笺纸），注明在菲停留时间，访菲目的以及地点；

10. Notarized Affidavit of Support and Guarantee executed by the Philippine sponsor/guarantor. The affidavit should include an undertaking that the sponsor/guarantor will be responsible for compliance by its alien guest/s with the Philippine immigration laws and regulations; that the guest/s will leave the Philippines at the end of authorized stay, and that the Philippine sponsor/guarantor will promptly inform the Philippine Consulate in Guangzhou of the departure/flight details of the applicant;

菲律宾担保人提供经过当地律师楼公证过的担保函，担保函须包括：保证申请人遵守菲律宾移民法规，按时离境；担保人须按时通知菲律宾驻广州总领事馆申请人的出入境情况；

11. The Philippine sponsor/guarantor should submit a photocopy of his/her passport;

菲律宾担保人的护照复印件；

12. Visa fee of RMB 400 per applicant for regular processing (three (3) working days). An overtime fee of RMB 250 shall be collected for one (1) day express processing and RMB 150 for two (2) days express processing；

普通签证费每人400元人民币（三个工作日出证）。

一个工作日加急办理加收250元人民币，两个工作日加急办理加收150元人民币；

13. Personal appearance and interview. Additionaldocuments may be requiredfrom the applicantat this time.

申请人亲自到领馆递交申请并面试。申请人可能会被要求提供其他文件。

14. There are cases wherein prior approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila is required for the issuance of visa.

在某些情况下，领事馆需要得到外交部的批准才可为申请人签发签证。

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR MINORS

未成年人申请签证重要提示

 

Children under the age of fifteen (15) years old are required to apply for Waiver Of Exclusion Ground (WEG) with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration upon arrival at the port of entry, and submit the following documents:

未满15周岁的儿童，必须在入境时向菲律宾移民局递交以下文件申请"拒绝入境赦免证明"（简称

WEG）:

1. Notarized Affidavit of Request and Consent by either parent, naming therein the person who will be accompanying the child to the Philippines and with whom the child will stay while in the country

父母其中一方出具的，经过公证的要求同意书（附英文翻译），说明协同小孩赴菲律宾之人员的姓名，以及说明小孩在菲停留期间将由该成年人陪同：

2. Birth Certificate of the child

小孩的出生证明

3. Clear photocopy of the data page of the child's passport

4. Clear photocopy of the data page of the passport of the accompanying adult or guardian; and

III. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN NEWSMEN, JOURNALISTS AND CINEMA/TELEVISION GROUPS
外籍新闻从业员，记者或者电影/电视团体签证申请要求

Foreign newsmen and journalists visiting the Philippines in pursuit of their profession are required to apply for a temporary visitor's visa. The following are additional requirements for visa application of foreign newsmen, journalist, cinema/television groups:

新闻人士，记者因职业要求而要入境菲律宾的需申请临时访问签证。以下为新闻人士，记者或者电影/电视团体申请签证时的附加要求：
1. Curriculum vitae of newsmen/journalists;

新闻人士/记者简历

2. Shortlist of work credits;

工作团队人员列表
3. Copy of one (1) sample article written by the applicant;

申请人撰写的一篇文章/稿件的复印件
4. Background of media organization, including target market/audience, circulation, format; and

媒体组织的背景资料，包括目标市场/受众，发行量，样式

5. Prior approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila is required for the issuance of visa.

领事馆需要寻求马尼拉外交部的批准才可签发签证。

6. Administrative arrangements for the work in the Philippines, as follows:

在菲律宾境内工作的行政安排，内容包括如下：
a. List of members of the reportorial team, nationality and passport details;

采访报告小组的成员名单，国籍以及护照信息；
b. Planned itinerary and activities, with storyline for any films to be made;

计划好的行程和活动安排，如拍电影，需包括故事情节；
c. List of equipment to be brought by each team member, with certification from the media organization that said equipment will be re-exported at the end of the trip to the Philippines;

每位小组成员将要携带的器具名单，媒体组织需出具以上器具将会在行程结束时再出口的证明；

• d. Flight details (arrival and departure); and

航班信息（到达和出发）；
e For each team member, one (1) photograph, size 1"x1", to be submitted to the International Press Center (IPC) for the issuance of accreditation card.

每位小组成员都需准备一张照片，尺寸为1"x1"，上交给国际媒体中心（IPC），用以签发每位成员的认证卡；
Upon arrival in the Philippines, the newsmen/journalists will have to report to the IPC for accreditation.

当入境菲律宾时，新闻人士/记者必须向国际媒体中心（IPC）报告以便完成其备案手续。

Extension of Authorized Period of Stay in the Philippines

签发的菲律宾签证期限到期后的延期
In case of a temporary visitor's visa holder whose stay in the Philippines will exceed the authorized period of stay, he/she will have to report to the Bureau of Immigration, secure an extension of stay and pay the corresponding immigration fees. Information on fees for extension of stay and other Immigration fees are available at the Bureau of Immigration website (www.immigration.gov.ph).

临时访问签证的持有者如果其逗留期间超过授予的签证有效期，他/她可向移民局作出报告，申请签证延期并支付相对应的费用。签证延期费用相关内容或其他移民入境费用都可在以下移民局官方网站找到（www.immigration.gov.ph)
