Digital Voter’s Identification (ID)

The Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou (PCG Guangzhou) wishes to inform all active overseas voters in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, and Hunan who registered by 30 September 2024, whose names appear on the list below, that their respective Digital Overseas Voter’s ID is now available.

To request for a copy of your digital overseas voter’s ID, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your full name, date of birth, and a copy of the data page of your passport.

Please note that according to the COMELEC – Office for Overseas Voting, no physical printed copy of the voter’s ID will be issued.
